• Don't think that the Health Care plan will pass because Congress will start jumping ship as soon as they realize that the poll numbers are doing poorly.
• (paraphrasing) If we go into a double dip recession, if they pass health care reform in some way, and there is the bailout and all that and people think its because of Obama, well he is heading for a catastrophe.

Cal Thomas: You start calling people names when you start loosing the argument. That is what were seeing now.

Bob Beckel: Only you would pick up on Maxine Water. She is not a prominent democrat. You have to accept we are going to have some form health care reform whether you like it or not. ...We all have a right to express ourselves but wouldn't it be nice once to have a conversation thats quite from right and left, that doesn't do any good.

• Topic: Obama vacationing in his 29 acre estate while his approval rating start plumating, 45% on Zogby, very low on Rasmussen as well. (details in O'Reily Factor) What do you think?

Judith Miller: I think when your approval rating start plummeting, leave town! Don't do another town meeting for another day

Cal Thomas: This is a trend we need to encourage, get Congress out of town, get the President out of town, put up barracks don't let them back in.

Beckel: I said on this show his number would be down. You can't have a recession like this and not expect his numbers to be down. He is going to come back and hes going to come back strong and I will say it again just to bug you, the Greatest Economic President since FDR.

Hannity: Now you're out of your mind. Listen, the Canadian Medical Association says that that Canada's care is imploding...deteriorating. The Stanford Study say 70% say that German, Canadian, Australian, New Zeland, British adults want a complete rebuilding of their systems.
Why are we adopting it here as they are rejecting it there?

Thomas: I just spent a month in the UK and they can't get enough people to work as doctor and nurses.

Beckel: I am more than willing to pony up mine because health care in this country is a right, its not a privilege...

Hannity: Where does it say that in the Constitution?

Beckel: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

On a personal note, I really don't like Bob Beckel's viewpoints at all! Nor do I like his attitude. I never thought I'ld say this but bring back Cohn. Why is it that democrats are always so angry and nasty??
